At the Third Sugar Factory, multiple wastewater and process drainage collection pits are installed during sugar production and cleaning operations.
These pits gather process water containing sugar residues, organic matter, and noticeable pH variations, which is then pumped to downstream treatment facilities for circulation and discharge management.
Due to the long-term corrosive nature and viscous residues of this water,
conventional cast iron or partially stainless pumps are prone to rusting, clogging, and performance degradation.
This often leads to frequent maintenance, equipment replacement, and operational instability.
To ensure long-term stable operation, the site adopted the DHP all-stainless-steel submersible pump.
The pump body, impeller, and casing are all made of stainless steel,
effectively resisting corrosive water and continuous heavy-duty operation.
